Series project- `Fabricated stories´, Woodcut print on handmade paper made of industrial textile dust, Print Size - 75 x 60 cm Each, 2024
This woodcut series gives figurative form to the stories that I have collected through my firsthand experiences working in the textile printing industry—a space where the rhythmic sound of machines and the particulate haze of textile dust became a tangible presence—a metaphor for power structures, precarity, and questioning the artist’s role in systems of production.
The woodcuts are printed on textile dust prepared into fabric-like surface, that is also part of this work.
