Series project- `Fabricated stories´, Woodcut print on handmade paper made of industrial textile dust, Print Size - 30 x 40 cm Each, 2024

Each woodcut print has its own title. The titles are as following:

- Indigestion of thoughts

- Hopeful, Daydreaming

- If the legs could speak

- Can’t sleep on my perfect bed

- Resilience

- Vi bryr oss

- New home

- Beware of evil eye

This series work is part of project `The material duality´. Although there are multiple efforts in making the textile industry sustainable and slow, however it is still concerning to see where the textile future is heading while the informal labor in the industrial sector is still a common scenario. My ongoing project `The Material Duality´ is very much informed from my firsthand industrial experiences in Norway and further intends to have a discursive approach on the quilted narratives within the textile industry and its potential future.
